At JH Style By Design, every item is created with care and attention to detail. As our products are bespoke and made to order, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the item is found to be faulty or not as described.
We encourage all clients to review their order details carefully before confirming, as bespoke designs are crafted specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email address]. We may request photographs and a description of the issue to help us assess the situation.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations
Once work has begun on a bespoke order, it cannot be cancelled or altered. If you wish to cancel before production starts, please contact us as soon as possible — we will confirm whether your order can be halted and if any materials or design work costs apply.
Shipping & Returns
In the rare case that an item needs to be returned, it must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.
